Meet the Team

John’s career in production spans two decades. As a post-production audio engineer in NYC he worked on major network TV and feature film projects for high level clients including DreamWorks, Disney, and Sony Pictures, as well as television and radio ad campaigns for major agencies including Ogilvy, Young & Rubicam, and BBDO.

Recognition for John’s work includes a Prime-Time Emmy Award nomination (Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Comedy Series or Special – Spin City), Clio Award, and Design and Art Direction Award (D&AD).

As Executive Producer at Worktank, John leads key creative and production engagements, including producing video podcasts, creative and sales enablement videos as well as large-scale onsite and virtual events attended by thousands of participants worldwide. John oversees event content and technical readiness and is a passionate advocate for audience engagement.

Q&A with John:

How do you like to spend your time outside of the office?
I love spending time with my wife and two sons. Together, we enjoy skiing, diving, playing music, cooking, gardening, travel, and so much more.

What is your favorite quote (that no one ever said)?
Always remember, there is no “I” in Worktank … unless you spell it Wirktank. There is definitely an “I” in Wirktank.

What is your favorite place in the world, and why?
It’s hard to choose just one place, but I love New York City. So much to see packed into such a small island – incredible food, culture, and non-stop excitement.
